Booking and Confirmations :
Full details of arrangements required should be given at the time of booking.
Liability :
www.allbalitour.com acts only in the capacity of an agent for tours, activity, transportation companies or other contractors.
Therefore, www.allbalitour.com can not be held responsible for any loss, damages, injuries, delays, and changes of schedule, or irregularities which are beyond our control. www.allbalitour.com has the right to change any arrangement with or without notice if found to be in the best interest of all parties concerned.
Payment and Cancellations :
We only accept payment in cash basis. One day prior to activity or tour, the payment is Already finalized. If any circumstances, we require down payment.
For the reconfirmation of the booking, www.allbalitour.com should be sent confirmation letter at least 2 days prior to tours or activities.
Failure to pay or late payment will result in cancellation of booking. Exceptions will be made only if other previous contract has been made. Cancellation fees will be imposed depending on circumstances or lateness of cancellations only when the hotels, carriers, transportation companies or other contractors concerned insist. |
